They manage a curated portfolio ranging from corporate hotel groups to boutique establishments and lifestyle labels. The agency is founder-led and focused on delivering high-quality, engagement-driven social media strategies that build meaningful audience connections and brand presence.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to take ownership of execution across multiple client accounts within a fast-paced agency environment. This role exists to offload the day-to-day operational workload from the founder, enabling business growth and client expansion. You will manage publishing, engagement, caption writing, and reporting while maintaining distinct brand voices across clients. The role is execution-heavy with room for proactive input on trends and content ideas. This is ideal for a socially fluent, highly organized, and self-sufficient professional who understands platform culture natively and thrives in an independent, remote setup.

Your Impact

You will directly enable the agency’s growth by ensuring seamless execution across all client accounts. Your work will improve consistency in content delivery, strengthen audience engagement, and maintain high-quality brand communication. You will contribute to measurable increases in reach, engagement, and follower growth while ensuring reporting accuracy and operational efficiency. By owning execution, you allow leadership to focus on scaling the business and acquiring new clients.

Core Responsibilities

Content Scheduling & Publishing – 30%

  • Schedule and publish content across multiple client accounts using social media tools
  • Execute manual posting where required, including Stories and restricted-location posts via VPN
  • Maintain and update content calendars for all assigned accounts
  • Ensure timely and accurate publishing with zero missed posts
  • Flag publishing issues proactively and resolve them efficiently

Social Media Engagement & Community Management – 25%

  • Execute engagement strategies including proactive commenting and outreach
  • Respond to DMs across platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook
  • Engage with relevant community and partner accounts to grow reach
  • Maintain brand voice consistency in all interactions
  • Escalate sensitive interactions appropriately

Caption Writing & Social Copywriting – 20%

  • Write platform-specific captions for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Adapt tone and messaging across multiple brand voices
  • Create natural, engaging copy for comments and DMs
  • Research trends, hooks, and formats to keep content relevant
  • Ensure all written content reflects native social media language

Reporting & Analytics – 15%

  • Pull and compile monthly analytics reports using internal tools
  • Translate data into clear, client-facing insights
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports
  • Track performance metrics across accounts

Strategy Support, Trend Research & Admin – 10%

  • Proactively identify trends, platform updates, and content ideas
  • Support influencer research and campaign preparation
  • Organize digital assets and maintain structured file systems
  • Provide daily and weekly updates during onboarding

Must-Haves (Required)

  • ~3 years of professional social media management experience
  • Strong, fluent written English with native-level social media tone
  • Proven experience managing multiple brand accounts simultaneously
  • Deep familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Drive
  • Ability to extract and interpret social media analytics
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
  • Self-starter who can work independently after onboarding
  • Comfortable installing and using VPN tools
  • Strong responsiveness and reliability during working hours
