A growing third-party logistics (3PL) company specializing in the storage and shipment of chemicals is seeking a Logistics Compliance & Administrative Support Virtual Assistant to provide back-office support across data entry, compliance documentation, and general administrative operations.
The primary objective of this role is to take recurring administrative and documentation responsibilities off the owner so she can focus more heavily on CEO-level responsibilities and scaling the business. The VA will work within the companyâs existing systems and processes, with direct training provided by the client.
This is primarily a back-office position with limited client-facing responsibilities initially. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable working with operational data and documentation, and capable of learning logistics and warehouse workflows quickly.
