Areas of Responsibility

  • Calendar and programming: Partner with brand and creative teammates on social calendar development, content planning, and publishing across priority platforms: TikTok, Instagram, and Reddit

  • Creative management: Lead the creative process for content, whether from briefing others or from your own hands-on execution

  • Community management: Own brand voice in comments, DMs, and community spaces while coordinating with product and customer support for consistent and accurate responses

  • Measurement and reporting: Maintain regular reporting to power a feedback loop that connects social performance to broader brand and business outcomes

Requirements

  • 3+ years hands-on social media management experience at a consumer brand, with at least one year owning the day-to-day of a brand’s social presence (calendar, publishing, community management)

  • Experience managing content and community across these three priority platforms: Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit, with recent (past 12 months) portfolio examples on each

  • Demonstrated ability to write captions and short-form copy in a defined brand voice (portfolio must include caption examples, not just visual assets)

  • Experience running community management for a brand: responding to comments and DMs, escalating sensitive issues, coordinating with cross-functional partners (customer support, product) on responses

  • Working knowledge of Canva (or comparable design tool), Hootsuite (or comparable scheduling tool), and Asana (or comparable project management tool). Not looking for expertise, but looking for someone who won’t spend the first two weeks learning the tools

  • Comfort building and maintaining a weekly or biweekly reporting cadence, pulling native analytics, summarizing patterns, flagging what’s working and what isn’t

  • Available to start within two weeks and commit to a 3-month contract at 20 hours/week

$38 - $50 an hour

20 hours per week. 3-month contract

We are looking for a highly skilled Professional Services Architect who brings deep technical expertise, strong consultative instincts, and the ability to turn sophisticated compensation plans into scalable, high-performance solutions.

This is one of the most senior individual-contributor roles on our team. You will be the principal architect responsible for the end-to-end design and modeling of complex compensation structures—often for hundreds or thousands of end users. You’ll serve as the technical expert in the room with customer stakeholders, navigate ambiguity with confidence, and set the standard for modeling quality, solution hygiene, and delivery excellence across Professional Services.

You will also be a key partner to Engineering and Product, influencing roadmap priorities and surfacing patterns from complex implementations that directly shape how CaptivateIQ evolves.

If you love solving intricate modeling challenges, advising customers through high-stakes decisions, and raising the bar for complex SaaS delivery, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do

Architecture & Solution Design

  • Lead end-to-end delivery for complex, enterprise implementations (discovery through launch).

  • Architect scalable, high-performance compensation models with strong data hygiene and long-term maintainability.

  • Translate complex plan designs into structured, repeatable system configurations and patterns.

Technical Leadership & Escalation Ownership

  • Act as the senior technical escalation point for internal teams and partners.

  • Diagnose issues quickly, drive root-cause resolution, and strengthen reusable modeling patterns.

  • Set quality standards by contributing templates, QA checklists, and model best practices.

Consultative Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the technical SME with Finance, Sales Ops, RevOps, and cross-functional customer teams.

  • Guide customers through trade-offs, edge cases, and best practices in compensation architecture.

  • Communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Product Influence

  • Partner with Product and Engineering to surface patterns, influence roadmap priorities, and resolve platform gaps.

  • Collaborate with Sales, CS, and Support to ensure smooth handoffs and consistent customer outcomes.

Scaling Standards Across Professional Services

  • Elevate PS delivery by shaping modeling frameworks, reusable components, and implementation standards.

  • Mentor and guide consultants (informally) to uplift technical and consultative excellence across the team.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of total work experience, including 4+ years designing and modeling complex incentive compensation plans in an ICM/SPM platform.

  • Expert-level Excel modeling for large, complex datasets; strong intuition for data structures, calculations, and model hygiene.

  • Proven experience leading SaaS implementations in a Professional Services, Solutions Architecture, or Technical Consulting role.

  • Demonstrated success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder environments and advising customers through technical and business tradeoffs.

  • Deep understanding of implementation best practices, solution architecture, and the full project lifecycle.

  • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, curious, and customer-obsessed; thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manages deadlines with discipline.

  • Openness to AI-driven tooling and automation that can improve modeling efficiency or data workflows.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with CaptivateIQ or other ICM/SPM platforms (SAP Commissions, Xactly Incent, Varicent, Anaplan).

  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP/subscription systems (Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora).

  • Exposure to SQL or Python for structuring, organizing, and validating data (no heavy coding required).

  • Background in financial operations, FP&A, accounting, system implementation, solutions architecture/engineering, or technology consulting.

We act as your personal assistant for healthy living—getting to know your goals, lifestyle, and budget, and recommending and delivering healthy groceries, easy recipes, and essential supplements for you and your family.

It’s the easiest way to eat healthy, achieve your goals, save time, and discover new foods. We believe food is the foundation of health, convenience should not mean compromise, and that everyone is unique in how they eat and live. While we have a headquarters in New York City, our remote-first culture emphasizes collaboration, team-building, and flexibility. Expect regular virtual team events, strong ownership and accountability, and an annual company retreat.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Senior Machine Learning Operations Engineer to join Hungryroot’s Data Science team. Our team owns the production systems that power grocery recommendations and box personalization for Hungryroot customers.

Our platform combines Python services, FastAPI APIs running on AWS, Spark pipelines on Databricks, and machine learning models that feed a real-time decisioning engine. The system is actively evolving, and we’re investing in the engineering foundations that will let it scale and adapt with the business.

You’ll partner closely with data scientists, operations researchers, and product engineers to build reliable, extensible systems for model-driven personalization. This is an opportunity to shape the architecture behind a core part of Hungryroot’s customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and operate scalable backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
  • Improve the reliability, performance, and observability of production ML and optimization systems.
  • Own the path from trained model to production: model versioning and registry (MLflow), safe rollout and rollback, and monitoring for data quality and model drift.
  • Build clean interfaces that let new ML models and decisioning capabilities integrate safely and efficiently, including experimentation and feature-flag tooling.
  • Strengthen engineering foundations across a growing codebase: automated testing, type checking, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, documentation, and thoughtful system design.
  • Profile data-heavy services and pipelines; reduce execution time and memory footprint where it matters.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, operations researchers, and product engineers to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in MLOps, ML engineering, or DevOps with a focus on production ML infrastructure.
  • Strong Python and SQL; Bash for automation and tooling.
  • Experience designing and operating backend services and APIs (e.g., FastAPI) with attention to reliability, latency, and scalability.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks and Spark (jobs/workflows, Unity Catalog a plus) and MLflow or comparable model lifecycle tooling (registry, versioning, experiment tracking).
  • Experience building CI/CD for ML or data systems (Git, GitHub Actions/Jenkins, Databricks Asset Bundles) and infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar).
  • Solid AWS fundamentals: IAM, networking, compute/cluster management, containerized workloads (Docker; ECS or EKS).
  • Experience with production observability: metrics, logging, alerting, and ML-specific monitoring like data quality and model drift

Nice to Haves

  • Familiarity with recommendation, personalization, or operations research systems — especially productionizing them.
  • Experience with optimization solvers and OR tooling (e.g., Gurobi, OR-Tools) alongside data science or operations research teams.
  • Experience integrating experimentation and feature-flag platforms (e.g., Statsig) into production ML services and data pipelines, ideally with warehouse-native setups on Databricks.
  • Feature store experience (Databricks Feature Store, Feast, Tecton) serving consistent online/offline features.
  • Experience with low-latency model serving and deployment patterns (canary, blue/green, shadow).
  • Experience optimizing cost and performance of data-heavy workloads (Spark tuning, cluster right-sizing).
  • Additional languages such as Scala or C++.

Perks & Benefits

  • Remote-first: work from home, work from our NYC office, work from anywhere in the U.S. - you decide!
  • Equity
  • Unlimited vacation policy
  • Universal paid parental leave
  • Monthly Hungryroot credit for delicious, healthy groceries
  • Comprehensive health, vision, dental, and life insurance
  • 401k with Company Match
  • A work from home stipend to support your initial home-office setup

Expected Pay Range

$170,000 - $210,000

Marketing Senior Social Content Manager at Code.org

Creates and manages social media content strategy, producing graphics, videos, and platform-native posts to engage educators, students, and parents around AI education.

Senior Posted 32 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

COMPANY PROFILE

CodeAI is an education innovation nonprofit dedicated to the vision that every student in every school has the opportunity to learn about artificial intelligence (AI) and computer science (CS) as part of their core K-12 education. We increase participation in AI+CS education by reaching students of all backgrounds where they are — at their skill level, in their schools, and in ways that inspire them to keep learning, with a focus on increasing participation by young women and students from other underrepresented groups. The leading provider of K-12 AI+CS education curriculum across the globe, CodeAI also organizes the annual Hour of AI campaign, building on the legacy of the Hour of Code, which has engaged more than 15% of all students in the world!

A unifying approach in a divided world

CodeAI’s global role in the K-12 computer science movement is only possible because we use a unifying approach across diverse and often divided stakeholders. At a time of increasing polarization, the idea of increasing opportunity for students unites people from across the political spectrum. CodeAI’s team members, students, teachers, and supporters have diverse and diverging view points, and they are all welcome in our mission. Read more.

JOB SUMMARY

Students are already using AI. Our job is to make sure they understand it, and your job is to make that mission impossible to scroll past. As Sr. Social Content Manager, you bring CodeAI to life across our social platforms, making the content people see, share, and remember.

This is a hands-on creative role. You’ll concept, produce, and publish social-first content every day: graphics, short-form video, and platform-native posts that connect with educators, students, parents, and advocates. You’ll set the point of view for what CodeAI looks, sounds, and feels like on every platform, and evolve it as those platforms shift.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will own CodeAI’s social creative end-to-end: the idea, the post, and what the numbers tell you to do next.

Concepting & Creative Direction

  • Own social-first concepting and creative development for CodeAI, setting the direction for what we make and why, not just how it gets produced.
  • Develop original concepts that translate CodeAI’s mission, campaigns, and moments into ideas built for social, not adapted to it.
  • Bring a clear point of view on what CodeAI content should look like on each platform, and evolve it as platforms and audiences change.

Production & Publishing

  • Follow through from concept to execution: script, shoot, design, edit, caption, and publish, owning the full production process and the quality of the final post.
  • Capture and create real-time content at conferences, keynotes, livestreams, and other high-visibility events, including pre-event promotion, live coverage, and post-event recaps.
  • Spotlight the voices of teachers, students, and partners through authentic, story-driven content.

Trends & Experimentation

  • Monitor emerging trends, formats, sounds, and platform updates daily, and move quickly to create timely content while the moment is still live.
  • Run creative experiments (formats, hooks, thumbnails, posting cadence) and use what performs, in our feeds and across the broader landscape, to sharpen the next round.

Community Management & Engagement

  • Manage day-to-day engagement across CodeAI’s channels, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in CodeAI’s voice and escalating issues when needed.
  • Grow and nurture our community of educators, students, parents, donors, and advocates by starting conversations and joining relevant ones.
  • Monitor sentiment and surface what our audiences are saying, asking, and caring about to inform content and messaging.

Influencer & Creator Partnerships

  • Identify and vet influencers, creators, and educator and student voices whose audiences and values align with our mission, and own the outreach that builds those relationships.
  • Write clear creative briefs that give partners direction, talking points, and brand and accessibility guardrails while leaving room for their own voice.
  • Manage the partnership lifecycle end to end: coordinate deliverables and timelines, review content for brand and message alignment, and support publishing.
  • Track partnership performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and use it to refine who we partner with and how.

Collaboration & Measurement

  • Partner with our creative, marketing, PR, and paid media teams so social content supports campaigns, launches, and advertising, and contribute ideas to content calendars and campaign planning.
  • Track content performance with our Marketing Analyst to understand what’s resonating, and apply those insights to what you make next.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

We seek candidates who have:

  • 8-10 years of experience creating content for brand or organizational social media channels.
  • A portfolio of social-first work demonstrating strong graphic design and short-form video skills (please include links or examples with your application).
  • Hands-on proficiency with creative tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar, plus social publishing and analytics tools.
  • A demonstrated instinct for trends, platform culture, and what performs, with the speed to act on it.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to match a brand voice across platforms.
  • The ability to collaborate across internal teams and manage multiple projects on a fast-moving calendar.
  • A background or experience in AI, computer science, or a related technical field, and the curiosity to translate those topics into engaging social content.

We prefer candidates who also have:

  • Experience covering live events, working with creators or influencers, or creating content for education, nonprofit, or youth audiences.

In addition, candidates must:

  • Be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Work within the continental United States
  • Pass a pre-employment background check
  • Be willing to travel up to 20% of the time for team events, conferences, and on-site content capture

OUR CULTURAL PRINCIPLES

The way we work matters as much as the work itself. Before you apply, we invite you to take a look at our cultural principles. They reflect who we are, how we show up for each other, and what we look for in the people who join us.

Product Senior Technical Product Manager, Banking Platform at Sezzle

Senior Technical Product Manager owns the full lifecycle of Sezzle's banking core platform, from discovery through launch, managing ledger systems, accounts, and money movement infrastructure.

Senior Posted 32 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The salary range for this role is $5,000 - $8,000 per month (Gross in USD)

About Sezzle:

With a mission to financially empower the next generation, Sezzle is revolutionizing the shopping experience beyond payments, blending cutting-edge tech with seamless, interest-free installment plans that make shopping smarter and more accessible. We’re not just transforming payments; we’re redefining how people discover, interact with, and purchase the things they love while driving real impact on merchant sales through increased conversions and higher order values. As we continue to shape the future of fintech and retail, we’re building an innovative, dynamic team passionate about creating more than just a transaction but a truly unique shopping journey. If you’re excited about pushing boundaries in tech and delivering a game-changing experience for consumers and merchants alike, come join us at Sezzle and help create the future of shopping!

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Technical Product Manager who is best in class with a high IQ plus a high EQ. This role presents an exciting opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment within a rapidly growing team, with abundant prospects for career advancement.

Sezzle is building the platform that will carry us from a BNPL provider into a full-stack financial institution. This role owns the system at the center of that: Sezzle’s banking core — the ledger, accounts and balances, and the money movement that every future Sezzle financial product will run on.

You would own it end to end. Discovery, architecture and vendor decisions, requirements, build, launch, and everything after — not a slice of someone else’s roadmap, but the full product lifecycle for the platform itself. You’d work directly with Engineering, Finance, Compliance, Treasury, and Risk, with real authority over how this gets built.

Ideally you’ve built something like this before. If you haven’t, but you’ve owned a ledger, a payments platform, an issuing program, or other financial infrastructure — and you’re the kind of person who learns a domain properly rather than around the edges — we want to talk to you. What matters most is that you’ve owned real infrastructure and that you’re willing to go deep on the parts you don’t know yet.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the banking platform roadmap. Define and sequence the platform work required to support accounts, deposits, cards, and lending on a single ledger and account model.
  • Help drive the build-vs-buy decision. Evaluate core banking platforms and processors, run vendor diligence, model cost and time-to-market, and help leadership decide whether we extend what we have or integrate a third party.
  • Shape the account and ledger model. Work with Engineering and Finance on account hierarchies, sub-ledgers, chart-of-accounts mapping, posting rules, holds, interest and fee accrual, and general ledger integration.
  • Specify money movement. Own product requirements for transfers, ACH, card issuing and network settlement, real-time rails, and returns and reversals — including exception handling, cutoff windows, and settlement reconciliation.
  • Make the platform auditable. Ensure the system produces the reporting, traceability, and controls that Finance, audit, and regulators need — reconciliation breaks, balance attestation, and complete transaction history.
  • Partner on regulatory readiness. Work with Compliance and Legal to turn their requirements into platform capabilities: screening hooks, onboarding data, error resolution, disclosures and statements, and reporting. You don’t need to arrive fluent in US banking regulation — you do need to be someone who learns it properly.
  • Plan migration and cutover. If a migration is in scope, own data mapping, parallel-run strategy, validation criteria, rollback plans, and phased cutover.
  • Write the technical requirements. Own detailed specs, API contracts, event schemas, data models, user stories, and release plans end-to-end.
  • Use data to prove it works. Write your own SQL. Define platform KPIs — posting latency, reconciliation break rate, settlement accuracy, failure rates — and monitor them relentlessly.
  • Manage risk early. Anticipate technical risks, edge cases, race conditions, and dependencies before they become incidents. Money movement defects are the expensive kind.
  • Operate with urgency. Deliver against an evolving regulatory and business timeline with incomplete information.

What We Look For:

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other technical discipline (required).
  • 5–10 years of product experience, with meaningful time spent on financial infrastructure rather than only customer-facing surfaces.
  • Real ownership in at least one of the following. You do not need all of them, and we care much more about depth in one than exposure to several:
  1. Ledgers, general ledger, or balance and transaction systems
  2. Payments processing, orchestration, or money movement — ACH, card networks, transfers, settlement, or the LATAM equivalents (PIX, SPEI, PSE, CCE)
  3. Card issuing or card program management
  4. Deposit, wallet, or account platforms
  5. Lending origination or loan servicing platforms
  6. Product work at a processor, BaaS provider, or core banking vendor
  • Comfort with double-entry accounting concepts as they show up in software — debits and credits, sub-ledgers, accruals, reconciliation — or a genuine appetite to get comfortable with them quickly.
  • Deep technical understanding of APIs, event-driven architecture, idempotency, distributed system failure modes, batch vs. real-time processing, and data flows.
  • Strong SQL skills and comfort querying and interpreting data independently.
  • Experience working directly with Compliance, Legal, Finance, or Treasury as stakeholders — not only Engineering and Design.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and making sound, documented decisions with incomplete information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication — can hold your own in an engineering standup, a Finance review, and an executive discussion.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools, data models, or generative AI applications—personally, professionally, or better yet, both!

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience with a core banking platform, in-house or vendor (Thought Machine, Mambu, 10x, Finxact, Temenos, Technisys, Galileo, Pismo, or similar).
  • Experience with a core migration, conversion, or major ledger replacement.
  • Experience at a chartered or licensed financial institution, or supporting a charter, banking licence, or deposit insurance application.
  • Familiarity with consumer finance regulation — US (Reg E, Reg DD, Reg CC, Reg Z, TILA, FCRA, BSA/AML) or equivalent local regimes.
  • Background in consumer credit or BNPL, card products, or bank-fintech sponsorship programs.
  • Experience with third-party risk management and vendor oversight in a regulated environment.

About You:

  • You have relentlessly high standards - many people may think your standards are unreasonably high. You are continually raising the bar and driving those around you to deliver great results. You make sure that defects do not get sent down the line and that problems are fixed so they stay fixed.
  • You’re not bound by convention - your success—and much of the fun—lies in developing new ways to do things
  • You need action - speed matters in business. Many decisions and actions are reversible and do not need extensive study. We value calculated risk-taking.
  • You earn trust - you listen attentively, speak candidly, and treat others respectfully.
  • You have backbone; disagree, then commit - you can respectfully challenge decisions when you disagree, even when doing so is uncomfortable or exhausting. You have conviction and are tenacious. You do not compromise for the sake of social cohesion. Once a decision is determined, you commit wholly.
  • You deliver results - you focus on the key inputs and deliver them with the right quality and in a timely fashion. Despite setbacks, you rise to the occasion and never settle.

Product Senior Technical Product Manager, Banking Platform at Sezzle

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Sezzle's banking core platform, managing architecture, vendor decisions, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, finance, and compliance.

  • Strong relationship builder who brings a consultative recruiting mindset to engage both candidates and key stakeholders
  • Preference for experience with BrightHire and Greenhouse
  • A desire to be a part of a high-performing, mission-driven team that operates with intense urgency, a strong sense of individual accountability, and a commitment to authentic feedback.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a transformative role, helping shape the future of healthcare.

Project Management Sales Enablement Manager at CallRail

Designs and delivers sales training programs, manages Go-to-Market processes, and coaches sales teams to improve ramp time and performance metrics.

Mid Posted 32 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

The Position

CallRail is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager!

The Sales Enablement Manager is the primary driver of how sales and account management teams learn, ramp, and improve at CallRail. This role owns training and onboarding delivery end-to-end, governs the Go-to-Market processes reps rely on day-to-day, and serves as the connective tissue between Sales, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional partners in Product, Product Marketing, and Finance. You’ll define and implement strategy - taking insights surfaced by data and AI tools and turning them into coaching, content, and processes that reps actually use. Key responsibilities involve establishing process governance for mission-critical workflows, while simultaneously designing and managing all sales training, onboarding, and content initiatives to drive customer-centric value selling in a fast-moving business environment. The role requires a strong blend of operational rigor, strategic planning capability, and a passion for developing sales talent within a high-growth SaaS environment.

Success is measured by the productivity and effectiveness of the reps and managers you support — ramp time, goal attainment, engagement with trained content, and improvement in core sales KPIs like conversion rate, ARPU, and attach rates — delivered through strong in-person and virtual facilitation, tight cross-functional coordination, and disciplined process governance.

What You’ll Do

  • Training & Enablement Delivery: Own the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of new hire onboarding, role-based promotion paths, and ongoing skill-development programs, with an emphasis on customer-centric value selling. Track engagement, application, and retention of trained content.
  • Performance Gap Analysis & Coaching: Partner closely with sales teams to identify performance and process gaps, and translate those insights into recurring, dynamic education programs — including insights surfaced through Gong call review and Outreach engagement data.
  • GTM Process Governance & Cross-Functional Liaison: Establish and maintain governance of critical Go-to-Market processes. Serve as the primary liaison to Engineering/Product Development, Product Marketing, and Finance to translate new features, pricing, promotional offers, and strategic initiatives into sales-ready enablement. Serve as a representative for Sales in cross-functional initiatives, including planning and update meetings, and identifying areas of front-line impact.
  • Process Documentation & Playbooks: Own and continuously refine sales process documentation — playbooks, runbooks, and process guides — ensuring they reflect current tools, messaging, and GTM motion rather than going stale after launch.
  • AI and Tool Adoption & Coaching: Own in-practice coaching and adoption for Gong (call coaching, objection handling), Outreach (messaging and reply-rate coaching) while leveraging tools like Testbox and Synthesia to optimize performance. Coach reps on adopting AI tools in their day-to-day workflow. Continually evaluate and bring in new tools to modernize training delivery and sales enablement.
  • Strategic Planning Support: Work in close partnership with Sales Leadership to support strategic Sales initiatives, ensuring training, process, and communication resources are in place for successful execution.
  • AI Usage & Security: Continuous personal adoption of AI platforms is expected to streamline your own workflow. Adhere to CallRail AI usage policies — confidential or proprietary information must not be entered into unauthorized AI platforms.

What You’ll Need

  • 4+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or sales operations, ideally within a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment.
  • A track record of designing and delivering onboarding curricula and ongoing skill-development programs for sales or account management teams, with measurable impact on ramp time or performance.
  • Strong live and virtual facilitation and coaching skills — exceptional at running in-person or virtual training sessions and coaching reps directly, not just producing content.
  • Practical, hands-on comfort using AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Claude) to synthesize data and insights into coaching and content.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, and/or Finance teams to translate initiatives into field-ready enablement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex or technical information into clear, actionable guidance.
  • Ability and willingness to work on-site at CallRail’s Corp Office in Atlanta.

Nice to Have

  • Background in instructional design, adult learning theory, or a formal training certification.
  • Prior experience in call tracking, conversation intelligence, or broader marketing technology.
  • Experience managing or contributing to a formal onboarding curriculum for a distributed or hybrid sales team.

If you do not meet all the requirements listed, we still encourage you to apply! No job description is perfect, and we may also have another opportunity that aligns with your skills and experience.

Additional Perks

  • Healthcare (one option covered at 100% for employees), Dental & Vision Coverage
  • Competitive HSA with company matching

Product Senior/Staff/Principal Product Manager, First Mile AI at EvenUp

Senior/Staff Product Manager leads 0-1 development of AI-powered leads product for law firms, owning customer workflows and product strategy end-to-end.

Senior Hybrid Posted 32 minutes ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

EvenUp is on a mission to close the justice gap using technology and AI. We empower personal injury lawyers and victims to get the justice they deserve. Our products enable law firms to secure faster settlements, higher payouts, and better outcomes for victims injured through no fault of their own in vehicle collisions, accidents, natural disasters, and more.

We are one of the fastest-growing vertical SaaS companies in history, and we are just getting started. EvenUp is backed by top VCs, including Bessemer Venture Partners, Bain Capital Ventures, SignalFire, and Lightspeed. We are looking to expand our team with talented, driven, and collaborative individuals who seek to have a lasting impact. Learn more at www.evenuplaw.com.

We’re looking for a Senior/Staff/Principal Product Manager to build the future of how law firms acquire new clients, shaping our emerging leads product from the ground up.

You’ll be on the Case Lifecycle product team, reporting to the Head of Case Lifecycle, JJ Miclat. Our group conceives, builds, architects, launches, and grows EvenUp’s suite of applications for law firms that tackles the personal injury case experience end-to-end from leads (the new plaintiff intake experience), to matters (cases), all the way to proceedings (litigation), and settlement/disbursement. You’ll be focused on leading and crafting 0-1 experiences around our very nascent (albeit burgeoning) leads product that helps law firms intake, qualify, and acquire new plaintiffs, with quality and at scale. This product serves as the initial catalyst between the dynamic partnership between plaintiffs and law firms. We’re looking for a Senior/Staff PM who knows how to take complex user problems and transform them into elegant, AI-powered workflows that people actually use.

This is a role for someone who has shipped B2B SaaS products end-to-end, operates as a systems thinker, is obsessed with customer workflows, and successfully launched LLM/LMM based products that are well loved by the market. You’ll own the product experience for the very top-of-funnel for the personal injury law firms that we work with, working closely with engineering, design, data science, product marketing, and product operations to ensure that those that are injured are connected with the best lawyers, to ultimately get the justice that they deserve.

This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office, with an expectation of at least 3 days per week in office.

What you’ll do:

  • Own the full product lifecycle for the leads/intake experience for law firms, from discovery and definition through launch and iteration.

  • Conceptualize, build, ship, and optimize products around lead qualification, outbound marketing for firms, agents for inbound lead qualification and intake, and bi-directional referral workflows.

  • Deeply understand how legal teams work, identifying friction points and translating them into product decisions that drive meaningful workflow improvements.

  • Partner with engineering and ML teams to build LLM-powered conversational AI and automated scribes that are reliable, accurate, and genuinely useful to case managers, paralegals, and lawyers.

  • Define and track success metrics, using both qualitative research and quantitative analysis to continuously improve the product.

  • Collaborate with design, customer success, and go-to-market teams to ensure smooth launches and tight feedback loops post-release.

What we look for:

  • 4 to 7+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of shipping products for both enterprise and SMB customers that have garnered meaningful adoption.

  • Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered products, with direct working knowledge of agents and LLMs/LMMs. This is a requirement, not a bonus.

  • You love solving intricately complex problems and applying system thinking to craft scalable solutions.

  • Strong user research instincts – you know how to uncover what users actually need, not just what they ask for.

  • Proven ability to take a product from concept through launch in a cross-functional environment.

  • Clear communicator who can translate between technical complexity and user experience.

  • Comfortable moving fast in a high-growth environment where priorities shift and ambiguity is part of the job.

  • Conviction that agentic technology, when bounded by tight guardrails, can be architected to be the ultimate arbiter around how justice is served when it comes to legal matters.

  • High agency, tenacity, and deep empathy towards your customers. Takes work seriously, but doesn’t take themselves too seriously.

Benefits & Perks:

As part of our total rewards package, we offer attractive benefits and perks to our employees, including:

  • Choice of medical, dental, and vision insurance plans for you and your family.

  • Additional insurance coverage options for life, accident, or critical illness.

  • Flexible paid time off, sick leave, short-term and long-term disability.

  • 10 US observed holidays, and Canadian statutory holidays by province.

  • A home office stipend.

  • 401(k) for US-based employees and RRSP for Canada-based employees.

  • Paid parental leave.

  • A local in-person meet-up program.

  • Hubs in San Francisco and Toronto.

(Please note the above benefits & perks are for full-time employees)

Notice to Candidates:

To ensure fairness and proper consideration, we do not accept resumes or expressions of interest via email or social media messages. If you’re interested in a role, please submit your application directly through our careers page .

Please note that EvenUp may use AI notetakers and other recording devices in the recruiting process. If you interview with us, with your consent, we may record your conversations and summarize them into notes for internal use. Recording is optional, and declining will not affect your candidacy.

We’re looking for a leader who has personally carried a quota, built pipeline, closed deals, and understands what it takes to succeed in consultative B2B sales. If you’ve successfully transitioned from top-performing salesperson to hands-on sales leader and enjoy developing high-performing teams, this role is an excellent fit.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

  • Proven full-cycle B2B sales leader.
  • Strong consultative selling mindset.
  • Excellent coach who develops people through structured feedback.
  • Process-oriented while remaining adaptable.

Interview Process

  1. Initial Phone Screen

  3. Sales Leadership & Coaching Interview
  4. Client Interview with CEO

Job Purpose

The Business Operations Coordinator is an entry-level, high-potential role built for a natural systems thinker — someone who’s energized by figuring out how the pieces of a complex process connect. Using our CRM and internal data and reporting tools, the Coordinator investigates escalated customer and provider partner issues, digs past the symptom to find the root cause, and partners with toll agencies and internal teams to fix not just the individual case but the process behind it.

Deep tolling industry knowledge isn’t required on day one — strong analytical instincts and a comfort with technology and data are. This role is designed to build both, developing the Coordinator into a go-to technical troubleshooter within Business Operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Investigates escalated customer and provider issues using CRM and internal data tools, tracing each issue to its root cause rather than treating symptoms alone.

  • Approaches problems systemically — mapping how provider data, agency processes, and internal workflows connect to identify where breakdowns actually start.

  • Analyzes case and usage data to spot patterns across issues, surfacing recurring problems and revenue-loss or violation risk before they grow.

  • Collaborates and liaises with Operations and providers to help define technical requirements and provide domain expertise in pursuit of issue closure and continuous process improvement.

  • Partners with Operations, Development, and Product to recommend fixes — a process change, a new report or dashboard, or a product enhancement — accomplished through new technology or alternative use of existing technology.

  • Documents findings and recommendations clearly enough for teammates, managers, and product owners to act on.

  • Engages with customers on an as-needed basis.

  • Maintains broad knowledge about the company’s services.

Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of task activities and/or duties that are required of the employee for this job. Responsibilities and activities may change at any time with or without notice.

Experience and Competencies

This is an entry-level position — we’re hiring for mindset and potential, not a resume.

  • No prior tolling or transportation experience required (helpful, but not necessary).

  • A natural systems thinker: curious about how things connect, and comfortable pulling on a thread until an issue makes sense.

  • Comfortable with technology and data:willing to work in spreadsheets, CRM records, and reports to find answers; basic Excel skills expected, more is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts; able to break a complex issue into parts and reason through it methodically.

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with strict attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

  • Continually contributes to a cohesive team environment.

  • Possesses and demonstrates Fleetworthy Core Values.

Fleetworthy is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive culture that is respectful and welcoming of individual differences. We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion or belief (or lack thereof), sex, nationality, national or ethnic origin, civil status, age, citizenship status, sexual orientation, disability, genetic information, familial status, marital or registered civil partnership status, pregnancy or maternity status, gender identity, gender reassignment, military or veteran status, or any other protected characteristic in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
